Short Film & Guided Discussion
Social-emotional learning (SEL) is fostered through these short film presentations. During this activity, participants watch a YITC production and participate in a guided, interactive discussion about the film and the topics presented. Depending on the size of the group, the service may last between one and two hours. Students will be required to complete standard pre- and post-surveys.
Content writing & Storyboarding Workshops
Our workshops aim to inspire the next generation of YouTubers, bloggers, and filmmakers. We will define the meaning of content writing and how it relates to the digital world, as well as examine the process of storyboarding. Youth will learn how to create engaging content using visuals and storytelling techniques.
Customized Peer Group
Are there any concerns or topics that your youth are experiencing? Are you in need of a teambuilding group? Our peer groups are customized based on the interests and needs of your students. Our peer groups are tailored to the specific needs of each group. This is so we can create a safe space for students to discuss topics such as self-esteem, bullying, stress, and more. Guest Speaker
Could a guest speaker contribute to the professional development of your students or inspire them to strive for greatness? Speakers will discuss their career/craft, the steps they took to achieve their goals, and any challenges they faced.
Staff Boundary Training
An environment and culture that encourage positive learning depend on healthy boundaries with young people. Our team can assist your organization or agency with boundary training or refresher workshops. Our team-building approach addresses boundaries when working with youth.
